Booking and Payment Terms for Music Rehearsal Studios

1. Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card.

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person at the studio.

1. Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for sessions.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card & debit card.

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or go towards another slot booking.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full booking fee. It is the discretion of the Studio for any waiver of these terms depending on the situation.

1. Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be accommodated without any additional charges.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking fee.

1. Studio Usage:

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for their booked session. Any delays will not extend the booked time slot
• Your time slot booked is the time you have to arrive, set up, rehearse, pack down and leave the room. You do not have space either side of this booking slot.
• The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the client.

1. Liability:

• The studio is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the session.

• Clients are responsible for their own equipment and belongings.

1. Health and Safety:

• Clients must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the studio.

• The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with these guidelines.
