It is the discretion of the Studio for any waiver of these terms depending on the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Rescheduling<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be accommodated without any additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Studio Usage<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Clients are expected to arrive on time for their booked session. Any delays will not extend the booked time slot<\/li>\n<li>Your time slot booked is the time you have to arrive, set up, rehearse, pack down and leave the room. You do not have space either side of this booking slot.<\/li>\n<li>The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.
